Conor McKenna

As a member of Reznick Capital Markets, Conor McKenna focuses on raising, structuring and negotiating tax equity, debt and joint venture equity. He has been involved in numerous renewable energy transactions to date including solar, wind and biomass projects. Since joining RCM in June 2011, Conor’s assignments have included the sale of a 24.2 MW solar farm in Puerto Rico, the sale of a12.2 MW solar DG portfolio in California and several solar and wind tax equity financings.

Prior to RCM, Conor was a member of the Renewable Energy Structured Finance Group at Evolution Markets, focusing primarily on Renewable Energy Credits and Bundled PPA’s in the Northeast and Midwest compliance markets. His work included conducting the first long-term solar renewable energy credit deal in the Massachusetts market and research coverage for the NEPOOL, PJM, and MISO Regional Compliance Markets. Prior to joining Evolution Markets, Conor worked in the Investment Team at EcoSecurities in the New York office, helping to manage one of the world’s largest carbon project portfolios.

Before focusing on environmental finance, Conor worked at the investment management company J&W Seligman as a Vice President in the institutional group where he helped orchestrate the IPO of the first international closed-end real estate fund on the NYSE.

Conor received his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and his CFA charter in 2009. He received a BA in Philosophy, cum laude, from Providence College. Conor was a member of the 2004-2005 US National Karate Team.
