Don Weaver is a member of SNR Denton’s Corporate practice specializing in finance, including project financing, secured lending, securitizations and leasing transactions.

Don represents commercial banks and other financial institutions, institutional investors, commercial paper conduits and borrowers in negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured lending arrangements, senior and subordinated debt financings, unsecured private placements, Rule 144A financings, asset-based lending transactions, and receivables securitizations. He also has experience in construction financings and other domestic and international financing transactions involving acquisitions, refinancings and restructurings for companies engaged in the shipping, air transportation, entertainment, petrochemical, computer, equipment financing and leasing industries.

Don regularly represents lenders, investors and developers in various energy and other infrastructure facilities including gas fired and solar power plants, wind farms and other renewable energy facilities. He also represents equity participants, lenders and lessees in negotiating and documenting leveraged, cross-border and single-investor lease financings of equipment, corporate and commercial aircraft, ships, railcars, power generation plants, manufacturing facilities and real estate.

Prior to joining SNR Denton, Don was a partner at Mayer, Brown, Rowe and Maw LLP in Los Angeles.
