Christopher Radtke |
Christopher Radtke is a Director in the Power & Renewables Group in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse. Chris has transactional experience across financing and strategic advisory assignments with an aggregate value exceeding $50 billion.
Selected renewable transactions include the $317 million private placement for Invenergy, the $340 million acquisition by MEMC of SunEdison, the $3.6 billion IPO for Enel Green Power, the $700 million equity offering for OCI, the $200 million portfolio syndicated loan for Invenergy and the sale by NRG of 49% of its Agua Caliente solar project to MidAmerican.
Mr. Radtke is a CA, CPA and CFA charterholder and received a BA from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto from which he graduated as a Bregman Scholar.
