Lance Markowitz

Lance Markowitz is Senior Vice President and Manager of the Leasing and Asset Finance Division of Union Bank, N.A. ("Union Bank") and serves as President of three affiliated leasing entities including Bankers Commercial Corporation. Part of his unit includes a specialized team involved in developing and underwriting turnkey financing solutions (including construction and term debt, partnership investments and lease equity) for its renewable energy client base. With respect to renewable energy projects, Lance's team has entered into partnership or lease investments in twenty‐five renewable energy projects aggregating approximately 2,200 MWs and $4.5 billion in value. On the debt side, since 2009, the unit served as Lead Arranger for twenty‐six construction and/or term debt financings aggregating approximately $4.7 billion in total value and 1,900 MWs of capacity.
