Bryce Lee is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division, based in San Francisco. Mr. Lee is Head of Global Technology Corporate Finance and Co-Head of the Alternative Energy Group. He has had extensive experience during his time with the firm, from equity offerings in the technology, alternative energy and industrials sectors, leveraged buy-outs and M&A.; He is a member of the Bank's Investment Banking Committee and served as a member on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee (MDEC).

Mr. Lee has led numerous transactions for First Solar, Baidu, JA Solar, Trina Solar, ReneSola, China Sunergy, Yingli Solar, Heliovolt, EnerNOC, Perfect World, Renesola, Motech, VisionChina Media, China Digital TV, Sina Corp., AAC Electronics, Wuxi Suntech Holdings, SMIC, Actions Semiconductor, Submarino, Protostar and Focus Media.

Mr. Lee joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1992 working for seven years in New York primarily in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Financial Sponsors Coverage.  Mr. Lee holds a B.A. from Stanford University in Economics and Asian Languages (Chinese).
