James Metcalfe is Global Head of Power and Utilities and a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank. For almost 20 years, he has provided strategic and financing advice to power companies. He previously worked for Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan; and, most recently prior to joining UBS, he was Head of Power M&A; for Lehman Brothers. He has recently provided advisory services to the following selected utility and power clients:
