John Leonti is a senior attorney at Troutman Sanders. He concentrates his practice on the representation of venture capital and private debt and equity funds in connection with structuring, formation, capital raising and regulatory compliance as well as in connection with the acquisition, maintenance and divestiture of their portfolio companies and investments, including investments in renewable energy. In particular, he has been advising sponsors regarding the formation of funds seeking to fund solar projects throughout the U.S. as well as investors seeking to invest in such types of funds. John is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law. He received his B.S. degree with a major in finance from Villanova University School of Business.
