Kevin Genieser is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley and the head of the firm’s Clean Energy and Renewables effort.  Kevin has worked on a range of financing and strategic advisory assignments in the domestic and international power sectors

Selected Clean Energy transactions include the IPO and follow-on for EnerNOC, the private placement for Miasole and Suniva, the pending IPO for A123, strategic sale of Xantrex and OptiSolar, the firm’s investment into BPLGlobal, Heliovolt and BrightSource, the follow-on offering for American Superconductor, the sale of PPM Energy/ScottishPower to Iberdrola and the PTC monetization of a wind portfolio for PPM Energy
