| Bob Zak is president and general manager of Powerit Solutions, a leading global technology provider of intelligent demand response, intelligent demand control, and energy efficiency solutions designed for industrial and commercial facilities. As president and general manager, Zak is the key architect of the company’s business strategy. Zak brings over a decade of experience and knowledge of Powerit’s core target industries. Prior to joining Powerit, Zak spent 12 years at a large regional factory automation firm culminating as VP sales and marketing, responsible for building sales channels into industrial, utility and commercial markets. Before that, Zak was a software specialist focused on the industrial systems integrator market. Zak holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Central Washington University and completed the Industrial Distribution Program within the University of Alabama’s School of Business.
